Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order just for you, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering the wrong colour.

If something isn’t right

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item

Once I’ve had a look, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Made to order

All items are printed and shipped especially for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction, which is something I care deeply about.

Because of this, returns for sizing or preference aren’t possible β€” so please double-check the size guide before ordering.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
