Returns & Refunds
Because each item is made to order just for you, Iβm unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering the wrong colour.
I know thatβs not always ideal, so if youβre unsure before ordering, feel free to reach out β Iβm always happy to help you choose. π
If something isnβt right
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and Iβll make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item
Once Iβve had a look, Iβll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Made to order
All items are printed and shipped especially for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction, which is something I care deeply about.
Because of this, returns for sizing or preference arenβt possible β so please double-check the size guide before ordering.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
