πΏ Are your T-shirts made to order?
Yes.
Every Coorie Creatures T-shirt is printed especially for you after you place your order. Making items to order helps reduce waste and means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be bought.
Because each T-shirt is created just for you, production usually takes a few working days before it's ready to be dispatched.
π How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 5β10 working days.
As every item is made to order, delivery can occasionally take a little longer during particularly busy periods. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
π How do your T-shirts fit?
All Coorie Creatures T-shirts are printed on premium Bella + Canvas 3001 unisex T-shirts.
They're wonderfully soft with a modern unisex fit that's comfortable for everyday wear.
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, as I'm unable to exchange sizes on made-to-order clothing.
β©οΈ Can I return my order?
Because every item is made especially for you, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights if your item arrives faulty or damaged.
π My order has arrived damaged or there's a problem.

Please email me within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- A few clear photographs
Please don't return your item unless I've asked you to.
As orders are printed and shipped directly by my trusted production partner, I can usually investigate and resolve genuine manufacturing issues using photographs alone.
I'll always do my very best to help.

Making products only when they're ordered means less waste, fewer unsold items and a more thoughtful way of creating.
It's a little slower than buying from a large retailer, but it's kinder to the planet and helps support a small independent Scottish business.
