Every Coorie Creatures item is made especially for you after you place your order. Making items to order helps reduce unnecessary overproduction and means I'm not left with piles of unsold stock.

Because your order is created especially for you, production usually takes a few working days before it's ready to be dispatched.

Most UK orders arrive within 5–10 working days.

As every item is made to order, delivery can occasionally take a little longer during particularly busy periods. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Different product types may be made and dispatched separately, so if you've ordered more than one type of item, they may arrive in separate parcels or on different days.

Don't worry if part of your order arrives first — the rest may still be on its way. You'll receive tracking information as each part of your order is dispatched.

They're wonderfully soft with a modern unisex fit that's comfortable for everyday wear.

My V-Neck T-shirts are a soft unisex alternative for anyone who prefers a V neckline rather than a classic crew neck.

Your products are then made and printed to order by trusted production partners. Where your order is fulfilled can vary depending on the product and where you're ordering from, helping your order to be produced as locally as possible where suitable production is available.

Because different products can be made in different facilities, items from the same order may sometimes arrive separately.

Because every item is made especially for you, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

Please check any size or product information carefully before ordering.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights if your item arrives faulty or damaged.
